Zero AI Memories

Your email cleaner remembers your decisions, so the next cleanup starts with what you already taught it.
Zero Inbox now remembers the decisions you approve for each sender. When more emails arrive, the Email Cleaner can reuse those choices during your next cleanup.

Your decisions carry forward with Zero AI Memories.

You already decided what to do with those emails.

The store promotions can go to trash. The newsletter can be archived. The messages from that important contact should stay in your inbox.

Then more email arrives from the same senders, and you find yourself making the same decisions again.

Zero AI Memories gives your Email Cleaner a memory of the choices you have already made. When you approve an action for a sender, Zero remembers it. When new messages from that sender are picked up during a later cleanup, Zero already knows how you want them handled.

Your next cleanup starts with the decisions from your last one.

Make the decision once, use it again

Email keeps coming, but a lot of it comes from people and companies you recognize.

You know which updates you want to keep. You know which promotions you never open. You know which emails belong in the archive so you can find them later without leaving them in your inbox.

With Zero AI Memories, those choices carry forward.

For example, suppose a store sends you promotional emails every week. You review that sender in the Email Cleaner and approve moving its emails to trash. Zero saves that decision. During a future cleanup, it can apply the same action to new emails from that sender without asking you to repeat the approval while the memory is active.

The benefit becomes clearer over repeated cleanups: familiar senders already have a decision, so you can spend your attention on the ones that still need it.

What Zero remembers

Zero saves the action you explicitly approve for a sender in the mailbox you are cleaning. That can mean:

  • Move all: move that sender's emails to your chosen destination.
  • Move all, keep one thread: clear the rest while keeping one conversation in your inbox.
  • Keep emails: leave that sender's emails where they are.

When you choose a move action, Zero remembers the destination too. A choice belongs to the specific sender and mailbox where you made it, so a decision in one inbox does not become a blanket instruction for every account.

These are sender decisions. When reviewing a sender, check that the action fits the emails it sends, including any you may want to keep.

New email arrives with useful history

The next time the Email Cleaner encounters a sender with an active memory, it can use your saved instruction automatically during the cleanup.

That is what we mean when we say Zero already knows where the emails should go: it has your previous decision to work from.

For a sender without a saved decision, Zero brings the choice back to you for review. Your approval creates the memory that future cleanups can use.

The workflow is straightforward: review a sender, approve an action, and let Zero remember it.

See your choices in Memories

You can open Memories in the Email Cleaner to see the decisions saved for your selected inbox.

Each memory shows the sender, the action, the destination when applicable, when you confirmed it, and when it expires. You can also see whether the memory is active or expired.

This gives you a clear record of the instructions Zero is using. You can see why a familiar sender already has a place to go.

A fresh decision every six months

Your preferences can change. A newsletter you used to skip might become useful. A service you relied on last year might no longer matter.

Zero remembers each approved sender decision for six months from your last confirmation. Once it expires, the cleaner asks again when it encounters that sender. Reusing a memory does not keep extending it indefinitely.

That gives you fewer repeated decisions now and a chance to reconsider them later.

A cleaner inbox with less repeated work

Getting through an inbox takes judgment. Staying on top of it should benefit from the judgment you have already put in.

Zero AI Memories makes each approved decision useful beyond the current cleanup. As more familiar senders return, the Email Cleaner can handle them according to the choices you already made.

Open Zero Inbox, start an Email Cleaner session, and review your senders. Your approved choices become memories for the next cleanup.
